Upgrade TN reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each case.

We aim to complete upgrades within 48 hours after confirmed payment.

  • Delays can occur during high demand periods.
  • Delays can occur due to third-party platform limitations.
  • Delays can occur when extra verification is required.

Upgrade TN is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

4. Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate account details.

  • Provide the correct account email.
  • Provide correct login credentials when required.
  • Provide the correct region and service details.

Incorrect information may delay or prevent completion. No refunds are issued for incorrect submitted details.
